In response to economic deterioration, ISWA implemented 25 early recovery and livelihoods projects with a total sector budget of USD 5 million.
Over 12 years, interventions included market-based vocational training, employability skills development, micro-grants and loans, cash-for-work, agricultural inputs, and livestock support.
The sector reached 50,000 beneficiaries and supported income recovery for women, youth, and vulnerable households.
